SSH Manager is a one-time purchase. For purchases made directly from our website, we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. This voluntary policy sits alongside — and never reduces — the statutory rights you have as a consumer, including the EU right of withdrawal described below.

Direct purchases (Paddle)

Direct purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payments, invoicing, and applicable taxes. If you’d like a refund within 14 days of your purchase, just contact us — or Paddle directly via the receipt email — and we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within a few business days, though the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Mac App Store (Apple)

If you bought SSH Manager through the Mac App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms, because Apple is the seller for those purchases. Request a refund via Apple’s Report a Problem page. We’re happy to help, but we cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right can lapse once delivery begins, provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledged losing the right — which the checkout asks for. Regardless of that statutory position, our voluntary 14-day refund above means you can still ask for your money back within 14 days of a direct purchase.
